Appointment Policy

Keeping the standard.

CANCELLATIONS: We understand that things can come up. We value your time, and we hope you value ours, too. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify us no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify us in time will incur a cancellation fee.

FEES: All fees most be paid before another appointment can be booked.

1st occurrence - $50.00 flat fee.
2nd occurrence - 50% of service history average.
3rd occurrence - must prepay for all future services.

LATE ARRIVALS: Be sure to arrive on time. if for any reason, you believe you will be arriving late to your appointment, PLEASE CALL. Any late arrivals, more than 10 minutes, will incur a late fee of $25.00. Accommodating late arrivals is sometimes impossible without disturbing other clients scheduled that day. Be aware, we cannot guarantee that the full service will be performed that day. In some cases tardiness may require rescheduling the appointment for a different day. This instance will incur a late cancellation fee of $50.00.

NO-SHOW: Please be advised that the salon has a no-show policy, whereby any no-shows will be charged a no-show cancellation fee.

FEES: All fees most be paid before another appointment can be booked.

1st occurrence - 50% of service history average.
2nd occurrence - must prepay for all future services.
3rd occurrence - is no longer allowed to pre-book and can only receive same-day service.

PRICING: Our salon pricing may occasionally vary. For accurate pricing please request a complimentary in-salon consultation.

DEPOSITS: All deposits received are non-refundable, non-transferable, and can not be refunded, In the event a refund is requested for services rendered the Company will be more than glad to issue a store credit in the form of an electronic gift card.

Deposits must be paid to book services lasting over 300 minutes or any other lengthy service. New clients that are receiving color. braids, or loc services may also be requested to pay deposits. Existing clients with a cancellation or no-show history will also be required to pay deposits for any booking.

Payment for all services can be made by cash, Visa and MasterCard will incur a 3% surcharge. AMEX will incur a 3% surcharge.

KIDS: To guarantee the comfort of all of our clients, we do not allow children in the salon. Failure to follow this policy will result in the appointment needing to be rescheduled and may incur a cancelation fee.

Children are eligible for service at the age of three years old. The child must be able to sit independently of a parent. If discomfort of service becomes excessive be mindful that the stylist reserves the right to refuse service. No fees will incur that time.

STYLIST RIGHT TO REFUSE: Our establishment has the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves inappropriately with our staff, or can pose a threat to our business.

The safety of our staff and clients is our utmost priority. If you are suffering from any contagious infection, we recommend that you reschedule your appointment until you feel better. You may be asked to wear masks, get your temperature tested, or reschedule.

RETURN POLICY (PRODUCTS)

We care.

We do not provide refunds of any kind. However, if a product is faulty then we will exchange it. This does not apply to electricals due to concerns with counterfeiting. NO CASH BACK WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY RETURNS, REFUNDS, ETC. UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. IF YOU PAID BY CASH, CARD, OR ETC., YOU MAY RECEIVE A GIFT CARD AS A STORE CREDIT. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ARE PREMITTED FOR SERVICES AND ONLY RETURNS FOR PRODUCTS ARE ALLOWED.

PRODUCTS: Let's make sure you are happy with your purchase. Product returns must happen within 10 days of purchase, be accompanied by a store receipt, and the product must be nearly full. Otherwise, we will not accept the product, and it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

DISSATISFIED SERVICE POLICY

SERVICES: If you are dissatisfied or unhappy with a service, we will gladly work with you to fix it, but due to the nature of the service, we do not offer refunds. Corrections only apply to the hair styling portion of services. Notify us via text at 863.286.6112 within 48 hours of the service so we can book any adjustment 3 days from the time you called per the policy. If your adjustments happen outside of the 3 day policy there may be a fee.

NO CASH BACK WILL BE GIVEN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

PET + ANIMAL POLICY

As much as we love our furry companions, the salon is not a good environment for pets. Besides the fact that it is against city and state health regulations to have animals in the salon, we also have to consider our clients who may be allergic or not as ‘in-love’ with pets as others may be. We have also found that because of the different chemicals and heavy aromas that we use at times combined with animal’s acute senses, it can actually irritate your pet to be in the salon and spa.

The State Board of Cosmetology and the Board of Consumer Affairs have specific Rules and Regulations stating that no animals are allowed in a salon at any time. Service dogs, not emotional support animals.

“Animals: No animals or pets shall be allowed in a salon, with the exception of fish kept in closed aquariums, or trained animals to assist the hearing impaired, visually impaired, or the physically disabled.”

EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMAL:

ESA (Emotional Support Animal): This type is NOT regarded as a “working service dog”, but as an emotional support animal. Choose this type if the presence of your dog is what enables you to function normally on a day to day basis. An emotional support animal (ESA) does NOT need to be trained to perform a significant life task for you. See additional information below.

SERVICE DOG:

Guide: This type is regarded as a “working service dog”. Choose this type if you experience vision problems and your dog is trained to guide you in public settings.

Hearing Alert: This type is regarded as a “working service dog”. Choose this type if your dog is trained to alert you to sounds that you are unable to hear or identify, such as alarm clocks, doorbells, telephones, automobile sounds, and other important sounds you have trouble identifying.

Medical Assist: This type is regarded as a “working service dog”. Choose this type if your dog is trained to assist you when experiencing a physical situation in which you can’t perform a major life task for yourself (retrieve items, open doors, turn on lights, etc.).

Mobility: This type is regarded as a “working service dog”. Choose this type if your dog is trained or able to provide stability and support for substantial balance or walking problems because of a physical disability.

PSA (Psychiatric Service Animal): This type is regarded as a “working service dog”. Choose this type if your psychiatric or emotional disability substantially limits your ability to perform a major life task and your dog is trained to perform or help perform the task for you. A letter from a licensed therapist or psychiatrist that clearly indicates this is required.

Seizure Alert: This type is regarded as a “working service dog”. Choose this type if your dog is trained or able to either predict a seizure or to get assistance from another person at the onset of a seizure.

An Emotional Support Animal (ESA) is an animal that, by its very presence, mitigates the emotional or psychological symptoms associated with a handler’s condition or disorder. The animal does NOT need to be trained to perform a disability-specific task. All domesticated animals (dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, hedgehogs, rodents, mini-pigs, etc.) may serve as an ESA. The only legal protections an Emotional Support Animal has are 1) to fly with their emotionally or psychologically disabled handler in the cabin of an aircraft and 2) to qualify for no-pet housing. No other public or private entity (motels, restaurants, stores, etc.) is required to allow your ESA to accompany you and in all other instances, your ESA has no more rights than a pet.
